Shipping policy

We proudly ship all orders across Australia and internationally using Australia Post.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed and shipped daily

  • Orders placed before 2:00pm QLD time are shipped the same day

  • Orders placed after this time will be shipped the next business day

All orders are sent with tracking, so you can monitor your delivery every step of the way.

Standard Shipping

  • QLD: approx. 3–4 business days

  • NSW & VIC: approx. 4–5 business days

  • SA, WA, NT & Far North QLD: approx. 5–7 business days

Express Shipping

  • Metro areas (QLD, NSW, VIC): next business day delivery (when available)

  • Regional areas: approx. 1–3 business days

We ship internationally using Australia Post, with final delivery completed by your local postal service in your country.

Peak Season Shipping (October – January)
