Self-Returns (Australia)

Customers within Australia may return items using Australia Post with the same envelope or satchel the order arrived in, offering a free and convenient return option.

  • Returns sent using the original packaging can be reused for easy return shipping

  • If the original satchel includes tracking, this can be reused to help ensure safe delivery

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs only if alternative packaging or methods are used, unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect

  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking

Please include your name and order number inside the parcel if the original packaging has been opened.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

This includes:

  • Opened or used cosmetic products (including glitter)

  • Personal care items

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, the fastest method is to:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed.


Refunds

We will notify you once your return has been received and inspected.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1 business day

Please allow 24–48 hours for your bank or card provider to complete processing.

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please contact us.


European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be:

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase
